Producer Notes:

To be honest, this episode was not supposed to happen.  We plan out our episode themes and recording schedule weeks (sometimes months) in advance, and we had scheduled to air a Christmas rerun from our archives.  But I was swept up into the holiday spirit as I dug into some of UTR's fan-favorite artists renditions of Christmas classics.  So we put in a bit of extra work, but really excited to have a brand new episode to share with you this week (and our final new episode of 2015). I love the carols of this season. Their melodies are cherished and their lyrics only add to the depth of our understanding of a Savior that "put on flesh and dwelt among us."  I was really happy that I stumbled on a duet version of "Go Tell It On The Mountain" by Julie Lee & Mike Farris - which I didn't even know existed until this month.  We also play a Christmas song by The Oh Hellos for the first time (and it's a great opening track to the show).  This episode also features the UTR debuts of Anthony Skinner and Scott Riggan. Merry Christmas to the whole UTR family! (Dave)

Wha….?!  I *just* realized, with Andy’s comment before his song, that he and Jill Phillips are married.  How did I miss that all this time?
